1. Corrugated beam steel guardrail. Widely used, high-grade, easy to maintain, and moderately priced. Commonly used on main roads, central and ramp roads of highways, as well as rural roads, county and township roads, and provincial highways.
2. Square tube beam guardrail. Also known as bridge guardrail, mainly used for the central divider of bridges and in snowy areas in northern regions. High-grade, easy to maintain, but relatively expensive. Commonly used in northern regions.
3. Flexible guardrail. Mainly used in scenic areas. Moderate grade, difficult to maintain, but moderately priced. Installed on both sides of the road.
4. Concrete guardrail. Mainly used in highway service areas and the central divider of ramps. Difficult to maintain, but slightly lower cost.
