Rooftop Railings

The roof is the fifth side of a building, exposed to the strongest wind, heaviest rain, pressing snow in winter, and intense sun in summer. Ordinary railings cannot withstand this combination of forces. Our rooftop railings strictly follow GB 50345-2012. Standard heights range from 1100 mm to 1200 mm, providing maintenance workers and visitors with a safe edge on top of the building. High-strength zinc steel pipes are used, with key parts having a wall thickness of 1.5–2.0 mm-much thicker than standard railings.

Every joint undergoes a full welding process, and each weld is 100% inspected. Under long-term wind or usage, no part ever loosens. The design can resist winds over level 12 and withstand lateral pressure from packed snow on the roof. The base is specially designed to work with the roof's waterproof layer, ensuring installation does not compromise waterproofing. Expansion screws or pre-installed bases are used, and all fasteners are stainless steel or hot-dip galvanized, preventing rust from moisture. UV stabilizers are added to the coating, so long-term sun exposure does not cause powdering.

Minimum orders start at 200 meters, and different heights or colors can be combined in a single order. Free samples are available; you only pay shipping and customs fees. Custom samples are completed within 30 days. A 5-year warranty is provided. For any breakage, we first help determine the cause. If damage occurs due to our packing, we provide a free replacement; if caused during transport, we assist with the claim. Minor scratches can be repaired using a paint bottle we supply. Our 10-year-old factory, employing 100 workers, produces this product with a monthly capacity of 50,000 meters. Standard products ship within 30 days.
