Louvered Railing

Some areas require both ventilation and protection, such as outdoor AC unit covers, basement air vents, or hallway openings. Our louvered railing provides an effective solution. The blades are arranged in S-shaped and Z-shaped patterns. At a wind speed of 5 m/s, the ventilation rate reaches 45%–55%, while rain is effectively blocked, achieving a rain resistance rating of IPX3.

Each blade is fully welded to the frame, ensuring that long-term exposure to wind does not loosen them. Unlike assembled louvers that can be removed from the outside, our welded design prevents tampering. Blades cannot be removed without tools, enhancing security. This makes the railing ideal for ground-floor building walls and community bay windows.

We offer two types:

Fixed: Stays open for year-round ventilation.

Openable: Can be opened up to 90° for easy access to equipment behind the railing.

Our factory, established in 2017, spans 20,000 square meters and operates laser welders and a full spray line daily. The coating passes a salt spray test with 550 hours without corrosion. Monthly production capacity is 50,000 meters, and every product is inspected before shipping. We provide a 5-year warranty.

Minimum order is 200 meters. Orders can mix colors or types. Free samples are available; custom samples take 30 days. Height ranges from 500 mm to 2000 mm, colors can follow any RAL code, and width and blade spacing can be customized.

For shipping, all pipes are protected with plastic corner guards, each piece is wrapped with bubble film and stretch film, and then placed in a wooden crate.
