When standard products do not fit-whether due to unusual site dimensions, non-standard equipment guards, or irregular ceiling heights-our rod railing system provides the solution. This is not a fixed product, but a fully customizable service. You provide a drawing, or we come to measure on site, and we fabricate exactly what you need. Style, color, length, and height are all tailored to your requirements. This is not just a promise; we implement it daily.

We use zinc steel pipes and maintain stock of common shapes, including square, round, and rectangular. Wall thickness ranges from 0.8 mm to 3.0 mm, with thin pipes for decorative purposes and thick pipes for heavy load-bearing structures. All products are welded, using gas or argon arc welding depending on material thickness. Large structures may include diagonal braces and stiffeners to maintain high rigidity. Every piece receives a high-temperature electrostatic powder coating, with any standard color available.

Our factory excels in drawing and design. Provide a site measurement or CAD sketch, and within 2–3 working days, we return detailed shop drawings for your approval before production begins.

We follow GB 4053.3-2009 for design, the standard for fixed steel ladders and platform safety. The top of the platform rail can withstand a horizontal load of 1.5 kN/m or more. Every step is inspected: incoming pipes, weld dimensions and accuracy, surface smoothness after grinding, and coating thickness. Non-standard does not compromise quality.

Minimum order is 200 meters. Different items can be combined in one order. Free samples are available; custom samples take 30 days. Shipping and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility. We provide a 5-year warranty.
