Horizontal Balcony Railing

High-rise buildings bring three major concerns: strong lateral wind, the risk of children climbing, and metal rust caused by rain and humidity. Our horizontal balcony railing addresses all three at once. We do not use bolts; instead, it is assembled by welding. Every weld is full and even, making the entire railing one solid piece with no shake. We tested its resistance to horizontal push, and the results far exceed the 1000 N/m national standard. On a typhoon day or a windy high floor, it remains stable. For distributors, this means fewer repair complaints.

The base is made of zinc steel pipes. The zinc layer meets GB/T 2518-2008, providing the first line of defense against rust. A high-temperature electrostatic powder coating is then applied, with a final thickness of 60–80 μm. We subjected the product to a neutral salt spray test following GB/T 10125-2012, and it exceeded 200 hours with zero rust. In rainy southern China or wet coastal projects, this indicates a genuinely long life. With our 10-year-old factory, we control every step: all materials are checked before cutting, and every finished piece is inspected before packing.

Standard heights range from 900 mm to 1200 mm. Colors are black, white, or gray, and custom colors are available. The railing is mounted using expansion screws into concrete, and for new projects, pre-installed bases can also be provided. We follow GB50096-2011. A 5-year warranty is offered. If any piece breaks, we help identify the cause. If the issue arises from our packing, we send a replacement; if it is caused during shipping, we assist with the claim. Small scratches are repaired with a paint bottle we provide. Orders can be as little as 200 meters, and different colors or heights can be mixed in one order.
