When the staircase length exceeds 5 meters, the handrail height can be appropriately increased to 1 meter. 2. The height of outdoor stair handrails should be slightly higher than that of indoor handrails. When the height of the staircase is less than 24 meters, the height of outdoor public stair handrails is generally no less than 105 cm. When the height of the staircase is more than 24 meters, the height of outdoor stair handrails is generally no less than 110 cm.
