Long Corridors Require a Fast Solution
Community corridors can extend for hundreds of meters, and fire exit lines can stretch over a kilometer. On-site welding of such long railings is time-consuming. Our connecting corridor railings use a bolt assembly system instead. All components are prefabricated in the factory, and installation crews simply assemble them on site. This makes the system ideal for large public projects with tight deadlines. Standard heights range from 1100 mm to 1200 mm, and style, color, length, and height can all be customized.


Precision-Fitted Components
All connection ends are manufactured with precision dies, ensuring consistent hole positions and interface sizes across every batch. Any post or rail fits seamlessly with any other, eliminating the need for on-site sorting or numbering. Posts and rails are secured with a positioning slot and lock nut. Stainless steel or hot-dip galvanized bolts prevent rust for the lifetime of the building, and the lock nut resists loosening due to vibration or frequent use.
Fast Installation Saves Weeks of Work
Two workers equipped with electric wrenches can install 80–100 meters per day-approximately three times faster than welded assembly. For a 3,000-meter corridor, the time savings are significant. Components are shipped as loose pieces, with one container holding three times the length compared to welded railings, reducing freight costs. Parts fit easily into construction elevators, simplifying logistics.
The coating is at least 70 μm thick and passes a 500-hour neutral salt spray test, achieving a "high" corrosion resistance grade. Even in uncovered outdoor areas, the railing will remain rust-free for many years. Installation uses expansion screws or pre-installed anchors, securely connecting the railing to the building structure.
Minimum order is 200 meters, and multiple colors can be mixed in a single order. Free samples are available; custom samples take 30 days. Shipping and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.
