Assembled Louver Railing

Fixed louvers are simple-but what if you want more airflow in summer or less wind in winter? Our assembled louver railing lets you adjust each blade. The blades attach to the frame with zinc-alloy brackets, each rated for 200 kg of load. Turn the blades up to ±15° before locking the bolt, and the ventilation rate changes from 30% to 55% depending on the angle. Ideal for factory vents, park walls, equipment guards, window grilles, and city fences.

If a blade is bent or damaged, you don't need to replace the entire railing. Simply remove its two bolts, swap in a new blade, and you're done-ten minutes per blade. For phased construction projects, the bolted design is perfect: add or remove blades as needed. No welding, no delays. All connectors are stainless steel or hot-dip galvanized, preventing rust from metal contact. Salt spray tests exceed 500 hours with no corrosion.

Efficient Shipping and Installation
Welded louvers ship as one large frame. Our modular design ships as loose frames, blades, and brackets, cutting shipping volume in half. This reduces freight costs, especially for long-distance or overseas projects.

Our factory, established in 2017, spans 20,000 m². Automatic punch machines and a full spray line run daily, with a monthly capacity of 50,000 meters. Heights range from 500 mm to 2000 mm. Colors follow any RAL code. Blade count, spacing, and other specifications can be customized. Minimum order is 200 meters. Free samples are available. Custom samples take 30 days.
