Quick Replacement After Collisions
Road barriers are inevitably impacted by vehicles. Traditional welded guard rails often require full-section replacement after a crash, leading to long road closures. Our highway rail guard uses a bolt assembly system, allowing only the damaged panel to be replaced while the posts remain in place. Panels are easily unbolted and swapped with new ones. Standard heights range from 600 mm to 1200 mm, and style, color, length, and height are fully customizable.


Replace a Panel in Just 15 Minutes
The guard rail is designed in standard-length units, typically 2 m, 3 m, or 4 m. Each unit includes posts, a top rail, a bottom rail, and vertical bars. Units connect using bolts, with posts linked to rails via clamp-style connectors. Loosening four bolts removes the damaged panel without disturbing the posts. A trained crew can complete a replacement in approximately 15 minutes, minimizing road closure time and reducing the risk of secondary accidents.
Lower Maintenance Costs
Unlike welded rails that require full replacement of posts and panels, our system usually only needs panel replacement, reducing long-term maintenance costs by 50–60%. The shear strength of connection joints ensures that the connectors hold during a crash, meeting GB/T 24967-2010 strength requirements. Posts are secured with expansion screws or pre-installed bases, with embedment depths ≥500 mm in C25 concrete, providing excellent impact resistance.
Minimum order is 200 meters. Customers can mix colors in one order. Free samples are available; custom samples take 30 days. Shipping and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility. A 5-year warranty is included.
