Frameless Balcony Glass Railing

This is our premium product, combining two outstanding features: the wide-open view of glass and the rust-free promise of aluminum. Our frameless balcony glass railing is designed for coastal luxury homes, sea-view villas, rooftop infinity pools, and hotel viewing balconies. The standard height ranges from 1050mm to 1200mm, and the style, color, length, and height can all be customized. This railing represents the quality benchmark for high-end projects.

We use 6063-T5 aluminum profiles for the frame. The welded assembly creates a slot for the glass, optimized with built-in drainage channels to prevent water accumulation. Steel glass railings often trap water in the slot, leading to internal rust, expansion, slot cracking, and even glass breakage. With aluminum, rust is never a problem-this is the key technology behind this product. EPDM rubber pads cushion the glass edges, and an aluminum cover plate with stainless steel screws securely locks the glass in place.

We recommend SGP laminated glass (8+8mm). The SGP interlayer has five times the tear strength of standard PVB. In the event of breakage, glass fragments remain adhered to the inner film, preventing anything from falling to the ground. This meets Florida building code standards for high-rise glass railings.

Although aluminum has a lower elastic modulus than steel, the glass forms a composite wall with the frame, resulting in higher overall rigidity. In typhoon-prone or seismic zones, this structure is more stable than purely metal railings.
